A Strategic Round Table is the idea that you invite several people, no one typically are competing with each other, and they are there for one purpose, to listen to what each other does and who they would like to be introduced to as a client. Then the others in the group keep that in mind and try to refer business to them and Visa Versa.

Hello Everyone,

I am inviting you to a Power Round Table at the ABC office on Friday, December 16th. I know, I know, it’s the Holidays but let’s keep on! The purpose of this meeting is to effectively understand a little bit more about each other’s businesses and how we might be able to help each other. I will facilitate the meeting to get our business underway at 9 AM sharp and completed by 10:30 AM. Be prepared to share with the group in approximately 7 minutes who you are looking to meet, what specific market you are going after and a little bit about your company. Knowing each of you professionally I selected you specifically because I think there may be synergy between some of you and if you decide to align with each other after this brief introduction that would be great.
